Turkish Mall Project
We partnered with the Turkish Trade Centers TTC, to establish one of the greatest malls in Dubai with offices and showrooms to be an important “Hub” for Turkish exporters in UAE.
The space has a leasable area of 65 units consisting of shops, retail, resturants and warhouse spaces. A 15,817 ft. (M2), set to be a favourite address for furniture shopping, with one of the highest retail footfalls among furnutire showrroms. The aim is to design a leading fashion brands high quality furnutire mall with some entertainment facilities, cafes and amenities that will maximise the unique natural scenery of the mall. The project budget is around 5 Million Dollars and the construction project included building the existing building to provide additional retail houses, shops, bathroom extensions, storage and warehouses, including entrance arenas. The Al Badi team is honored to expend the facility with building fit out projects for existing and upcoming clients of the Turkish trade center, that will incorporate more commercial retail shops, administrative spaces, and community. The Turkish mall will Set to begin operation on 15th of March 2020.
